Scope of work:- 1. To dismantle worn out and damaged Pan No.1 tapper cone, umbrella, saveall inner & outer, vapour line and its bend and lead to the scrap yard after weighment. 2.Fabrication, erection & commissioning as per existing system of tapper cone in Pan No.1, umbrella, saveall inner & outer, vapour line and its bend with stiffeners as per Assistant Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer / Dy. Chief Chemist instructions. 3.Strengthen the same with proper support arrangement as the existing system. 4.Approximate weight of the above work is 7.620 M.T. 5.Tapper cone major dia - 3.6 mtrs. Mirror dia - 1.6 mtrs., Saveall outer dia - 1.6 mtr x 1.3 mtr height, Inner dia - 1.0 mtr x 1.3 mtr height, Saveall dummy dia - 1.68 mtr., Umbrella - as per the existing., Vapour line dia - 950 mm x 12.5 mtr. Length, Vapour line bend dia - 950 mm x 4.5 mtr. Length .
