(ii) The contractor shall be fully responsible to provide necessary transportation, T & P and safety equipment to his labour to prevent any type of accidents and department will not responsible to provide any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case any type of accident / Miss happening or any type of causality to his labour/ plumber. (iii) In case any maintenance / complaine to the contractor telephonically or verbally or on complaint slip is not rectified within 48 Hours, the contractor shall be penalties @ Rs250/- per complaint per day and shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (v) The contractor or his representative will report to the concerned JE E/M daily in the morning at 9.30 AM to collect the complaints and shall deposite the same to this office after rectification duly signed by the concerned user / occupant of effected accn or area. |
