| 2 | M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC casing-caping, fixed on wall / ceiling with all accessories, fittings, PVC junction boxes etc, with suitabe sunk pressed steel boxes for modular fittings not less than 1.6 mm thick, etc with necessary fixing accessories and earth continuity conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm size connected to common earth and earth dolly including 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall covered with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick for mounting switches / sockets / fan regulators fixed with Cadmium plated machine screws all as specified for one light / fan / bell point controlled by one switch. |

| 22 | Daily door to door repair/replacement of maintenance for Md Accn bldg covered under GE (NW) Mankhurd area (a) Thane by team of contractor's comprises of (a) One Electrician and 01 x Helper will be carried out daily under restective area :- Note 1 :-(a) Contractor will be assigned to visit one area daily alongwith man and material as per as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and he will perform all petty repair work as demanded by user of bldg.(b) Contractor will make his own arrangement for to and fro of his team and his rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. (c) The material component require for above complaint will be measured and paid as “Supply only” under respective item of this schedule. Certain material may be issued from the department free of cost for fixing only as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (d) If contractor fails to attend the area, a sum of Rs 4000/- per days will be recovered on account of non attedance of petty repair work from any legitimate payment due to contractor. A sum of Rs 500 per false complaint/wrong signature will also be recovered from the contractor.(e) Contractor will also attend the petty repair work on all days of week i.e Working day as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
