| 3 | Re-validation of Ceiling Suspended Laminar Air Flow Unit(s) (CLAF) already installed at site. Prior to testing, the contractor shall conduct a thorough visual inspection of the installed units for structural integrity, fastener tightness, suspension arrangement safety, filter housing seal condition, electrical wiring integrity, earthing continuity, blower condition, general cleanliness and the unit to be serviced where required. The units shall be powered up and checked for correct direction of rotation and absence of abnormal noise or vibration. Testing shall be carried out as per ISO 14644-3 / WHO GMP and other applicable guidelines. The testing programme shall minimum include: (1) Air velocity test. 2)Filter integrity test. (2) Non-viable particle count. (3) Monitoring of pressure differential. (4) Recovery test. (5) Air flow pattern test. (6) Stabilization time interval test (all mandatory validation test mentioned on HBL protocol shall be carried out as per requirement). Any deficiencies or non-conformances identified during testing shall be reported and rectified before validation acceptance. Validation documentation (IQ review/as-found and OQ as applicable) shall be prepared and submitted as per HBL format. |

Prior to testing, the contractor shall perform a priliminary inspection covering structural condition of the mobile cabinet, castor wheel and locking brake functionality, door seal and interlock condition, filter housing seal condition, blower motor wiring, inverter/UPS and battery connection integrity, magnehelic gauge zero verification and earthing continuity, general cleanliness and the unit to be serviced where required. Testing shall be carried out as per ISO 14644-3 / WHO GMP and other applicable guidelines. The testing programme shall minimum include: (1) Air velocity test. (2) Filter integrity test.
