Supplying , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance free Chemical earth station as per latest RDSO specifications consisting of :-a) Copper Bonded steel electrode of 3 metre long, 17 mm dia with copper bonded thickness of minimum 250 microns and UL listed and marked - 1no.b) Maintenance free, environmental friendly, mineral compounds, semi soluble , Non corrosive , conductivity improving material of RDSO approved- 35 Kg.c) Polyplastic , heavy duty, weatherproof, environmental free earth pit chamber with cover size approx. top dia 250mm, bottom dia 330 mm and height 260 mm Heavy duty of 7 Ton load capacity, the base unit should have knockouts for interconnecting of strips

Providing and fixing 20 mm x 3 mm GI Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm NS) in the foundation of pump. DG set etc. including form work etc. as reqd.

Dismantling/ shifting/installation of the existing 15-30 KVA DG complete removing earth connections, cable connections, dragging / lifting the DG sets with manually/ with crane alongwith all parts & accessories , shifting the same upto the new location within the same premises and reinstallation of the said DG set alongwith all acc. & parts at new location/foundation, making necessary earth & cable connections, testing and commissioning complete etc as per requirement.

Supplying and fixing of 40mm triple layer (PN20) good quality of PPR drain pipe with necessary accessories and fittings as per site requirement etc complete as required

Supplying & Fixing of M. S. angle frame suitable for foundation of DG set fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 3mm M.S. Angle Iron including cutting, welding, fabrication, finishing, painting, complete with installation as required at site. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
