The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |

Each cast iron panel having mild steel tubular section at the top & bottom of the frame welded to it and subsequently welded to the coloumn/pillar at both ends with proper grinding of welding marks, electricity for welding and other works to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, panel proper finished with fillers, spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand all complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge. Manufactured from reputated manufacturere such as K.K, Bee-Kay, Nitco, Nimco, Arzoo, Creative, concrete or equivalent by using M-30 grade of concrete using Vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling transportation execution and long use. The bench consist of 2 Nos L Shape base support in grey cement colour (Thickness- 100 mm, Back height - 1000 mm, front height - 450 mm, Base width620 mm ) and 5 Nos reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm and 1 No. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500 x 200mm x 50 mm. Reinforcement as per approved drawing. All planks are to be joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench 1500 mm. Seat height 450 mm, total height 1000 mm front face of all planks shall be given special coating to make them water proof and glory etc. complete in all suspects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Chair type bench with back rest).
