Replacement of Components to 250 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer installed at T/well cum P/Stn. Govt. High Secondary School Channi by way of disconnecting all the electrical connection and draining of T-oil and storing it properly in barrels and then dragging out the stabilizer from pump room with the help of crane/ manual labour, required tools and tackles at site and then shifting of Servo Voltage Stabilizer and T-Oil barrels to workshop by deploying load carrier, crane and skilled labour. Dismantling of Servo Voltage Stabilizer, extracting its dimmer Coils and Main coils. Providing/ replacement of 02 nos. main coil, 02 nos. dimmer coils, servicing and cleaning of remaining coils with replacement of carbon brushes and carbon brush holders. Providing and fitting of 02 nos. auto sensing cards, new Servo Motor - 02 nos., Contactor- 01no of 285 Amp capacity. The scope of work also includes complete replacement of the internal control wiring, filling of 300 litres of new transformer oil in place of the previously burnt oil, and reusing the de-aerated transformer oil that was earlier drained from the stabilizer after proper heating and filtration. The job further includes the shifting of the servo voltage stabilizer from the workshop to the Tube Well-cum-Pumping Station Govt. High Secondary School Channi. The job includes making all electrical connections by shifting back the power cables to the repaired Servo Voltage Stabilizer after proper thimbling and crimping of the power cables with new thimbles of suitable size and specifications and testing it on no load and then on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material used, manual labour, handling, stacking, shifting and carriage charges of crane, tools and tackles including the cost of miscellaneous item/parts used during execution of job with all taxes. which includes rebate on old damaged items. Complete Job. Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
