| 13 | M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc made of and connected to test point and earth dolly as all shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. (Length of GI earth strip & Protection pipe is up to 7.5 RM including) Note : - If soil required in earthing shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. | 27 | Servicing of HT 11KV indoor VCB panel and breakers of any make with mechanism comprising of the following:-(a) Decarburizing/cleaning complete 11kV HT Bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber , Cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing up to proper megger value, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator and checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts complete including replacement of defective rusted bolts and nuts all as specified and directed.(b) Servicing of spring loaded operating mechanism.(c) Servicing of spring charging motor.(d) Checking and servicing of gearbox, auxiliary switches, spring, limit switch etc complete.(e) Checking and repairing electrical and mechanical operations(f) Lubrication all moving parts with petroleum jelly and cleaning all bushing insulators with CTC (g) Tightening of all mechanical connections of mechanism(h) Proper Tightening all LV connection of VCB.After completion of above items HT 11 KV supply will be restored as per disconnecing order and testing, completed as per directed and as specified.
