To perform such services and execute such works covered under the \\"Term Contract for artificer work\\" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the condition as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009, Part-I (Specifications) with errata / amendments 1 to 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020, Part -II (Rates) together with amendment No 1 to 122 with Section No 30 containing item No. 30001 to 30053 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts).

NOTES: -(i) Tenderer shall insert uniform percentage at cell 'F-16' of this BOQ excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall also select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" or \\"Less (-)\\" at cell 'E-16' of this BOQ excel sheet, to quote the percentage above / below / at par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the column 'Estimated Rate' and the total amount reflected in this page is for reference only. Amount of BOQ is only for preparation of comparative statement according to e-tendering system. It is not the tender amount and will not be considered for acceptance of tender. Being Term contract, work is priced at the rates given in MES SSR-2020 Part-II and the tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage as filled by the tenderer at cell 'F-16' with reference to \\"Excess (+)\\" or \\"Less (-)\\" the rate contained in MES standard schedule of rates of 2020 Part-II at cell 'E-16' of this BOQ excel sheet. (iv) Irrespective of amount of BOQ, accepted CA amount will be Rs. 20,00,000.00 only and work orders will be placed upto Rs. 20,00,000.00 including percentage quoted by tenderer.
