Seven stages are as under follows:-(a) First stage is to drain out the water by using existing drain out valve or through high capacity dewatering pump.(b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by scrubing the walls of the tank and cleaning using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 (a laboratory tested branded chemical).(c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water clening by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely.(d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. Test certificate of chemical from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization shall be submitted to the office before using for sterilization .(e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200 W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to free any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultraviolet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for domination of floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor, Roof and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 a non toxic bio-degradable eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens. |
