Repairs to Turbo Charger by the way of replacement of damaged parts viz compressor wheel(01no.), turbine wheel(01no.) shaft bearings, impeller housing(01no.) seals by new ones. The job includes dismantling of damaged Turbo Charger from the Engine and fitting of the same after necessary repairs. The job also includes removing of old gasket from the exhaust manifold and pipe and removing all plastic or foam blanking plugs from Turbo. The job includes the positioning of Turbo on manifold or Engine Block using the correct new gasket & O’Rings and then reconnect the exhaust pipe and tighten all nuts and bolts to correct torque. The job also includes installation of new inlet and outlet air hoses to Turbo charger compressor housing and make sure that the connection is airtight. The job is to be carried out utilizing the services of skilled mechanics with utmost care so that components are not damaged. The job also includes shifting, handling, loading unloading, carriage of above components from site of work to workshop contractor of and back after its repairs/ replacements
