Annual Maintenanceworks - Engaging Essential services to 1848 MSB TNGRHS Flats at Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore for the below mentioned period by engaging the required and properly trained pump operators for lifting water from sump, well or bore well to the over head tank in each block, maintenance of pump sets, Electrican for attending electrical fault in wiring and electrical installations in the flats, replacing the bulb in common areas, without any complaints from the residents of the scheme as per time schedule indicated, etc., complete in all respect and as directed by department officers. (For the period From 01.07.2026 to 31.03.2027)
