Annual Maintenance works - Engaging Essential services to 1848 MSB TNGRHS Flats at Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore for the below mentioned period by engaging the required personnel attending the repair works in water supply and sanitary line and removal of blockages in water closets, inspection chambers and gullies, operating to lift smoothly without any complaints from the residents of the scheme and also staying in the lift itself as per time schedule indicated, etc., complete in all respect and as directed by department officers.
