Building (B) Labour Rates per Diem :2) Fitter Mechanic Note (i) The above rates of labour are exclusive of 10% contractors profit and 1% LWC which would be admissible to the contractors, but contractual percentage will ni be applicable.(ii) The workers employed on high rise boilding or any structure over 30ft in height and also workers engaged in tunnel shall be paid 20% extra wages.Considering 2 nos. operation per SWF pump per month and 1 no operation per DWF pump per month.1.Considering 30 nos. operation for six months engaging one diver with eight mazdoor1.Manpower involved per operation =1 no Diver + 6nos mazdoor=3200 +6*325.6=5153.6/-Total cost = 25*5153.6= 128840.00 Rate from PWD building Rs.296(mazdoor)x1.1(including Agency profit @10%)
