Replacement i/c supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 7.5 kW (10 HP), 3 phase 415V ± 10%, 50Hz, 960 RPM (6 pole) squirrel cage Induction Motor. The motor shall be of continuous Duty (SI), IE2/IE3 efficiency class as per IS 12615, with class F insulation (restricted to Class B temperature rise). Enclosure shall be IP 55 (or as specified), horizontal foot mounted (B3), conforming to IS 325/IS 12615 includes termination with brass glands, double earthing and mounting on a suitable MS channel base frame i/c buy back of the dismantle material etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 25 kVA, 3 phase, outdoor type (IP54/55 enclosure) Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer suitable for all weather operation, input voltage range 340 V to 500 V, output 415V ± 1%. The unit shall be Oil Cooled (with first filling of new insulating oil as per IS 335) and housed in a heavy duty, weather proof MS tank/enclosure made of minimum 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, powder coated after 7 tank phosphating process features shall include a vertical copper wound variac, high – torque AC servo motor and microprocessor control. Unit must include an external radiator for cooling, silica gel breather and a slopping canopy to prevent water stagnation complete with high/low voltage cutoff overload protection and single-phase preventer etc. complete as required.
