| 1 | CAMC/ Operationalization of Oxygen Generation Plant at Associated Hospital GMC Udhampur by way of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of PSA technology based Oxygen Generation Plant of 3000 LPM (750 LPM x 04 skids) capacity , including Panel/PLC, cables installed at Associated hospital GMC Udhampur. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract shall ensure reliability, quick availaibility and trouble free operation of Oxygen Generation Plant along with electrical panels. CAMC covers all the equipments of OGP’s as listed below:i) Repair and maintenance of 04 Nos. Oil Injected Screw Oil Compressors of capacity 75 KW “Colt Equipment” installed for 3000 LPM oxygen generation plant. The job includes repairing/maintenance of the machine by way of replacement of service kit which includes replacement of oil filters, separator, panel filters, change of lubricating oils and cleaning of the machines and inspection for any wear and tear for preventing machine breakdown. The complete job includes the cost of Service Kit Medical Air Compressor-01 set each, Air Filter – 01 set eachAir Separator – 01 set each, AOS gasket- 01 set each, Oil filters – 01 set each, Oil – 75 Ltrs. each,Cleaning oil – 5 ltrs,Chemical for oil cooler – 5 ltr, Air Tanks along with pipelines.ii) Repair and maintenance of 04 Nos Refrigerant air dryer controller of capacity 600 CFM “Colt Equipment” installed at 3000 LPM oxygen generation plant. The complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, tools & tackles including all taxes.iii)Repair and maintenance of Coal Tower-04 no.s (MODEL: ACT-200, 200 litres) including Filteration Assembly (Pre-filter, Carbon Filter, fine Filter, Bacteria Filter and after filter) along all pressure gauges, valves and allied accessories of OGP.iv)Repair and maintenance of Electrical equipment’s like 500 KVA Servo Stabilizer-02 no. (MAKE: SERVOKON),630 KVA Main Distribution Panel,MAin Electrical control panel for all skids-02 no., , Auto change over panel-02 no. and other allied electrical equipments like cabling , MCB etc.. Job includes the cost of spares, labour charges etc.v)Repair and maintenance of 04 set of Oxygen Concentrator (PSA Controller) Intake line filters(all), Valve Service kit(all), Oxygen Tanks along with pipelines, Exhaust and all kind of taxes as applicablefilters, including Zeolite etc. for 3000 LPM OGP. CAMC includes general check-up visits for trouble free operation of OGP’s and to take necessary preventive steps to eliminate/reduce breakdowns time of plant. It includes complete servicing of all the equipments (daily/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/9 months/ annually/preventive maintenance) whenever required.CAMC also includes repairs of any part of OGP which may develop defect, to make it functional up to the standard of OEM and it is to be ensured that the standard of OEM and it is to be ensured that the efficiency of the plant remains up to the mark. If the defect in any part is non repairable or if on repairs of any part, the efficiency of the plant is under par, the defective part is to be replaced by the new one. The rate are including all charges for works involved in CAMC (01 year) and all kind of kind of taxes as applicable. |
