Washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces any type of wall incl preperation of old surface and then apply two coats of oil bound distemper of any tint with 1mm wall care putty where ever required & specified by Engineer -in-Charge

Preperation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and making smooth surface by applying ready mix putty where required then apply one coat of oil bound distemper

M&L for applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (Anti fungal paint-APEX) on old decorative surface of wall, ceiling cornices including preperation of surfaces by brooming scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc and making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where required

M&L for preparation of surfaces by bio wash of approved make by jet spray/brush to remove algae, dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc by washing, rubbing down and stopping of any type of old painted wall surfaces and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ ltr and UV resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm on of wall, ceiling cornices including one coat of ready mix putty where required.

Preperation old painted surfaces of wood and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any description not other described over 10cm width or girth etc complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- as per item srl No 5 above but on steel surfacesetc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key securing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering, Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, 1mm thick wall care putty & distempering walls with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted etc complete all as specified and directed.
