| 1 | Dismantling of Old 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer by opening of HV & LV side jumpers, opening of 11 side XLPE cable and neutral earthing strip, cutting of body earthing strip etc. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor). |
| 2 | Safe dragging shafting of dismantled 5 MVA transformer from its plinth to safe place inside/outside of the switchyard in the premises of substation ( Indralok & Uthrethira Old) (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor). |
| 3 | Repairing of Plinth of Power transformer. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor). |
| 4 | Removal & refluxing of existing 11 KV Cable support stand with proper concreting/grouting as per department norms including removal & remixing of LV side XLPE cable of the same. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor) . |
| 5 | Removal & reaffixing of existing Neutral Strip support stand with proper concreting/grouting of the same as per department norms. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor). |
| 6 | Assembling/fixing of all parts & accessories of 10 MVA transformer, filling of oil in transformers up to desired level, connecting HV&LV side jumpers with bushing clamps, wiring of transformer marshalling box i.e. OTI/WTI/Bocholt really etc, testing & commissioning of 10 MVA transformer and other associated works. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor). |
| 7 | Pipe boring type earthing minimum 20 meters deep from ground level or up to water level whichever comes first with \\"B\\" class G.I. pipe having 2\\" diameter, construction of chamber with cover for pipe type earthing, connecting bore type earthing with equipments with G.I. flat 50x6 mm by arc welding as per requirement in the switchyard as per department norms. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor) |
| 8 | Repairing of cable trench, placing of control cables in trench properly, casting of cover for cable trench. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor) |
| 9 | Proving & Fixing of copper bond 0.5 meter long, 65x8mm size suitable for 10 MVA transformers, supply & fixing of nut/bolts, connecting neutral point of transformer with MS/GI strip of neutral earthing of 10 MVA transformer. (All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor) |
| 10 | Raising height of nearby support structure having post insulators of extended 33 KV bus bar at 33 KV S/S including modification & jointing of metallic piece at 33 KV S/S Utrethiya old to maintains proper safety clearance as per rule.(All Material, Labour and T&P will be provided by contractor).
