Status of L-1firm will be decided on the basis of SLR Quoted by firm. However premium over SLR and steel fabrication rates shall be negotiable, if necessitated, with L-1 firm. 2. The Quoted rates include any fabrication works at etc., required to completely scope of work. No additional fabrication charges will be payable by PSPCL. 3. All the material shall be supplied by the PSPCL. 4. Any quantity of work can be increased/decreased depending upon actual site conditions.5. The bidder shall quote FIRM, FOR % premium on PSPCL Scheduled Labour Rates inclusive of all taxes (except GST). GST shall be paid extra. 6. Any statutory increase/decrease in Taxes shall be to the account of PSPCL.7. The work shall be carried out as per sketches/guidelines supplied by respective Sr.Xen/Addl.SE Op. Divisions under DS City Circle Amritsar and DS East Division Amritsar under Sub-urban Circle, Amritsar or any higher authority of PSPCL. The work shall be completed as per norms of the PSPCL. 8. Dismantled material if any, shall be returned by the Contractor to store within 15 days of the completion of work through JE concerned. Transportation shall be provided by the Contractor without any extra cost.9. PSPCL reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof. No corrigendum in this regard will be published in newspapers. Details regarding corrigendum may be seen on Punjab Govt. site. https://eproc.punjab.gov.in10.
