TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Due to unhygienic condition at site if any challan is levied upon by the civic agency or any govt. department the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all action including legal action and nothing shall be paid to the agency in such case.2. In case of non compliance of written order to commence the work within 24 hrs. a penalty of Rs. 10000/- only will be levied and even if the work is not taken up within 72 hrs. of written order to the agency, the work will be carried out at risk and cost of the agency and actual expenditure incurred by DDA will be recovered.3. If any mishappening occurs at site the agency will be fully responsible and no claim on this account shall be entertained.4.
