providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted Bituminous Macadam using B.T. chips ( As per MOST required gradation) and mixing binder asphalt grade VG-30 at the rate of 3.4 % by total weight of premix emulsion asphalt for tack coat @ 2.5 kg / 10sq.m. and mixing by contractor own Batch mix plant & machinery process and consolidation with vibratory roller etc. and providing and operating plant & machinery fuel, oil, lubricant, cost of all materials and labour charges including flushing stone dust as directed etc... complete.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Semi dense Bituminous Concrete using B.T. Chips as per required gradation by drum mix hot laid process and asphalt of grade (VG-30) for mixing 5 % by total weight of premix. including heating the asphalt and aggregates by Contractor's own Contineous Batch mix plant & Machinery, transporting the mix and spreading the same with paver finisher and consolidation with power roller of 8 to 10 T including providing and laying uniformly tack coat, oprating plant & Machinery equipment including cost of all materials asphalt, aggregates, fuel, oil, lubricants, labour charges and flushing of stone dust etc... complete.

Supplying and stacking side shoulder of Murrum on road site including collection of material spreading, rolling of watering etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing ordinary Kilometer stone of precast C.C. 1:2:4 including necessary reinforcement as per I.R.C. type design in C.C. 1:4:8 including letter and paints etc. complete (For N.H., S.H. and M.D.R.)

Providing and fixing 5th Kilometer stone of precast C.C. 1:2:4 including necessary reinforcement as per I.R.C. type design in C.C. 1:4:8 including painting,lettering etc. complete (For N.H., S.H. and M.D.R.)

Providing and fixing Pre Cast Hectometer as per I.R.C. type design including painting, lettering etc. complete.(ii) Fixing in C.C. 1:5:10

Providing and Fixing GUARD STONE as per I.R.C.type design including white washing etc complete. Fixing in C.C 1:5:10

1. The Contractor shall exhibition board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer – In – Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

4. In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C Date: 11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where the reisa change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
