| 4 | Construction of granular sub-base Grade-I of 250 mm thick in two layer of not more than 125 mm by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to work site spreading in uniform layer of specified compacted thickness with mechanical grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel vibratory road roller to achieve the desired density including material, labour, plant and machinary and equipments etc., complete as per technical specification of MORTH and as directed by Engineer in charge. |

| 7 | Providing and laying Tack coat @ 10kg/10 Sqm on existing bitumenous surface / WMM surface of paving grade bitumen of VG-10 and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 8 | Providing & laying 90 mm (Consolidated average thickness) Dense Bituminous Macadam in two equal layers using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 as per MORTH specification @ 45.00 kg / M.T of total mix, heating the aggregate and asphalt in continuous batching of Hot mix (Batching) plant and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with vibratory road roller including providing all material equipment, tools and plants, fire wood oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using machinery drum mix plant, paver finisher etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Providing & laying 40mm thick (consolidated average thickness) semi-dense bituminous carpet using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 as per MORTH specification at 55 KG/MT of total mix for binder by batching plant hot mix and hot laid process including heating the bitumen & aggregate by continuous batching hot mix plant and spreading the same by self propelled mechanical pavers finisher, consolidating with power Vibrating road roller including cost of all materials, tools, consumables, labour, preparation of surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Providing & laying 20mm thick ( consolidated average thickness) seal coat using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 , using crushed stone dust as per gradation at 0.20 Cum. / 10 Sqm. and bitumen at 70kg/MT by weight of total mix for binder by batching plant hot mix and hot laid process including heating the bitumen and aggregate by continuous batching hot mix plant and spreading the same by self-propelled mechanical pavers finisher, consolidating by power roller including cost of all materials including bitumen, machineries, equipments, tools, consumables, labour, preparation of surface etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint in approved colour in white shade from reputed manufacturer like asian paints / Nerolac / Berger for various road marking on bituminous / concrete road surface of specified width and 2.5mm thick using fully automatic extrusion machine and using premelter for melting thermoplastic material including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site/premarking, finishing and managing the traffic control etc. complete. The thermoplastic paint shall be conforming to IS: 164 / BS:3262 /As per Morth specificationand work shall be carried out as per IRC: 35-1997. Marking to be done as per specifications. |
| 12 | Providing & Fixing Cat Eyes on bituminous Road including Cost of material / labour / other acceshories and including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site/premarking, finishing and managing the traffic control etc. complete. |
| 13 | Demolishing Concrete structures work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and necessary equipments, labours, scaffolding, etc. requirement with disposal of unserviceable material within 3 km lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.Care to be taken not to damage the existing structure. |
| 14 | Dismantling of Rubble masonary, brick masonary, stone masonary, etc. type of structures at all elevetions including all necessary drilling equipment, labour , scaffolding and disposing off the material within 3 km and as directed by the Engineer. Care to be taken not to damage the existing structure. |
| 15 | Providing and casting in situ Plain Cement Concrete of grade M15 with minimum cement content of 240 Kg/cum for at all elevations including scaffolding,formwork, mechanical mixing, machine batched including transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(i) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement & formwork. |
| 16 | Providing and casting in situ RCC of grade M30 with minimum cement content of 350 Kg/cum using max. size 20 mm down graded aggregate at all elevations including scaffolding, mechanical mixing, machine batched including transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth, all exposed faces, at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer. Note:-(i) Design Mix shall be obtained from NPCIL approved lab/ Institution. (The item included cost of development of Design Mix.) (ii) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement & formwork. |
