| 1 | Periodical maintenance of semi-automatic drinking water filtration system of capacity 50000 litre per hour at LCA Area comprising of the following;-(a) Cleaning and servicing of Filtration System.(b) Cleaning and servicing of Electronic diaphragm (c) Cleaning and servicing of dosing tank capacity 200 ltrs, MOC LDPE -01 No.(d) Servicing of Filtration System Pumps - 02 Nos.(e) Cleaning and servicing of Multi grade sand filter -01 No Model Indian MGF 1600 Diameter 1600 mm Height on straight 1875 mm mild steel, flow rate 50 Cum / Hr including replacement of complete media of multigrade salt filters.(f) Cleaning and servicing of individual control valves and pressure guages.(g) Cleaning and servicing of Activated carbon filter -01 No Model Indian ACF 1800 and 1800 mm dia , flow rate 50 cum/hr , operating pressure min 2 to 3.5 kg max , filter media including replacement of complete activated carbon media.(h) Contractor shall submit the water quality Test report of filtered water in each job tested by authorised Govt/NABL laboratery.(j) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be include for the all above procedures. |

| 6 | Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 15 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, identifying the fault, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed.
