| 7 | Material and labour for Bitumenous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade(50-70 Penetration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compectad to required camber and gradient,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(To be prepared in hot mix plant and to be laid through machanical paver.)Note :-(a) preparation of mix in hot mix plant,spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in PS shall be carried out.Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaning the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compected.unit rate against these items shall be included for carrying and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account.(b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN as per SSR Part-I Clause No-20. B .4(c) Making suitable speed breakers/Humps as per specification laid down in IRC-99 |
