Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of single phase 2 Wire prepaid smart meter System : - 240 V AC ,50 Hz accuracy class 1.0 As per IS 16444 Marked,5-60 Amps.Base mounted direct current operate energy meter having capacitive touch /push button keypad in meter, calibration LED & Load controlling feature & provision for TOD (Time of Day) tariff and R.T.C (Real time clock) in a suitable tamper proof box including remote vending Token transfer and ABC (Authenticated Billing code) reading collection through remotely ( Mobile app suitable for Android)/ios/Windows phone).There should be CIU on meter to recharge meter in case of no communication /WAN Note : The meter shall be different makes (not more than 33 % of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at a later date as per BIS 16444 with communication modules as per CEA/TRAI regulations.

Configuration of the web based software website setup user credential creation with modules given in item no. 6 of services capable to connect up to 2000 number of metering points complete all as specified and directed.

(i) Consumer and meter Management ModuleThe Consumer and Meter managemet module would be responsible for creating and managing the consumer information.System should be capable to add/remove the consumer triggered through transfers/service completion of the employees.The module shall be capable of supporting following applications.(a)Consumer attributes update triggered through authenticated channel(b) Replacement and updation of the defective meters(c) Sanctioned load/demand update on requests through authenticated channel(d) Record keeping of the meters.(ii) Tariff management moduleThe tariff management module shall be capable of keeping up the latest tariffs consumer category wise.it will also be able to manage the revisions in existing tariffs against the government orders.system should be capable to define and manage the tariffs for both mains and auxiliary supplies.The module shall also be capable to add/update the existing tariff category and respective tariffs.(iii) Occupation and vacation Module- the system should be capable of support the occupation and vacation of the officers as well as of other private consumers in the system.(iv) Consumer App - The occupants officers/customers should be able to view energy data and billing data on mobile application android and IOS apps.(v) Communication - Email and SMS communication to users and consumers(vi) Communication charges inluded for one year(vii) User Administration(viii) MES User Training(ix) Website setup(x) Capable to connect any number of metering points in the setup ( capable to enhance for future expansion)
