Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for operation and upkeepment of 10 nos 6 HP submersible pump-motor sets, 2 nos 7.5 HP & 2 nos 15 HP centrifugal pump-motor sets, along with 11/0.433 KV outdoor type sub-stn, comprising of , 1 X 150 KVA transformer, LT Panels ,starters,valves,flow meters, level indicators , entire yard lighting arrangement inside and outside of pump house complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for 24 hours a day. (4 Nos. Operator to be engaged)

Periodical inspection at least twice in a month and as and when required by electrical supervisor having valid Supervisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board),govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor. Each Visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building . The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in-depth instruction of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. Load Breal Switch, 150 KVA outdoor typeTransformer, ACBs L.T. PDB, capacitor pumps valve, actuators, relays, contactors, timers, SFU along with in house lighting system including cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in HT & LT panel board, cleaning of all terminal sockets and checking of healthy condition of all draw out feeders.

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / machanic as and when required by supplying all necessary material including cost of supply of Chlorine Test kit etc. required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work.

Testing of insulation resistance of Load Break Switch , checking of breaker of LT panel including calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, kilo watt meter etc. by agency approved by Directorate of Electriciity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating Unit once in six month and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.
