| 5 | Dismantling all the spare parts with lifting hook a long with load sprocket, and shaft from the worm, housing along with all accessories of the travelling crane with special tools and equipment (eg- wheel, angles, gears, pinion etc.) for defecting any fault and through checking. |
| 6 | Washing, cleaning all the spare parts unit standard cleaning solvent. |
| 7 | Thorough Servicing and overhauling of all mechanical equipment including main gear, pinion, main shaft, pulley assembly etc. for 20 Ton and 5 Ton capacity crane after making special attachment. |
| 8 | Repairing the break mechanism system of the crane with the replacement of brake shoe lining, ratchet, lock- spring, GM bush, SS pin, lock pin brake oil etc. |
| 9 | Repairing and replacement of damaged bearing as per sample and broken spare parts of trolley wheel assembly and thorough checking, cleaning of main carriage, rail, gantry guarder etc. |
| 10 | Replacement of washer, nut and bolts as required. |
| 11 | Re-assembly and fitting fixing of all the repaired and newly manufactured spare parts as per main carriage of the travelling crane one by one in its proper portion and maintaining proper alignment by using mechanical hoisting equipment. |
| 12 | Greasing and oiling through out the crane after repairing work and servicing the rope with rope compound. |
| 13 | Repairing, Servicing and checking electrical panel and motor unit and replacing indicator light, push switch and limit switch. |
