| 1 | Material and labour for servicing ,testing and calibration of breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 630/800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete and including any spare parts as required on site as details mentioned as under:-(a) Details of servicing of breaker :-(i) Adjustment of mechanism if required.(ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth.(iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings and machine oil for other parts.(iv) Check for rust and wear.(v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts.(vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.(viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.(ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing.(x) Checking and rectification of control circuit (i.e trip circuit , close circuit etc & tighten the connections if any. |

| 3 | (v) Closing coil resistance(vi) Tripping coil resistance.(c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :-(i) Over current and earth fault relay i.e. Electromechanical Relay , Electronumeric Relay of any make/model etc and as required on site. Spairs Parts :Vaccum bottle for 11kv vcb panel as required make and model on site,spring charging motor ,Rack in Mechanism/cradle ,panel shroud ,Master trip relay and all other spare parts as required on site .All costs are included ,No extra payment will be done for Spare Parts. Note:Job should be carried out by Specialised OEM. |
| 4 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of numerical protection relay of below mentioned make, complete with all required accessories, mounting hardware, wiring, and software configuration for proper operation in the substation.The scope includes supply of relay, fixing in panel, termination of control and CT/PT wiring, configuration of relay settings as per approved protection scheme, and integration with existing control and protection circuits. The relay shall be programmed, tested through secondary injection, and verified for correct operation including trip, alarm, and indication functions.All materials, tools, tackles, skilled manpower, and consumables required for complete installation shall be in the contractor’s scope. The work shall be carried out as per relevant IS/IEC standards, OEM guidelines, and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.Complete in all respects including submission of test reports and setting records. | 14 | M&L for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of Pole / Plinth mounted /Hermatically sealed (CSS) transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA in place of unserviceable copper /aluminium wound from transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing minor repairs etc. as required and directed and keeping aside for reuse.(b) Taking out the core with winding assembly.(c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse(d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified.(e) Rewinding of HT/LT leg coil complete using copper wire /strip of appropriate gauge, size and turn as per existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | (f) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing.(g) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (h) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive .(j) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. |
| 16 | Note :- The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only. Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost. Contractor shall also provide Hydra for Loading & Unloading and Vehicle for tranportation of transformer from Yol cantt any area to Repair shop and get back to Yol cantt after repair . |
| 17 | Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed |
| 18 | Supplying and fixing in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar aluminium and nut bolt washers etc. |
