Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 in existing PVC conduit etc, modular GI metal sunken/flush boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm of any modules from 1 to 12 modules with inner and outer modular cover plates, including FRLSH, rigid PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed, for the following: Note:- (i) Modular GI metal flush/sunken Box along with modular base/front cover plate are incl in the item rate quoted(ii) Only switches,sockets and fan regulators shall be measured and paid separately.
