Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil (loam, day or sand) i/c lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavaled earth in to the trenches or into the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per direction by E/I

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone agreegatge to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavements 30Mpa (M 30) having thickness 80mm including laveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope spreading and moisting 30mm thick local sand on bed filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawing and technical specification .

Disposal of surplus earth including loading, unloading cartage and disposal in low laying area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto 10 Km within the scheme and from the site of work and also including leveling and dressing of surface in required level and slope.

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement 5 C.sand 10 40mm stone balast) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc.complete with form work as per direction by E/I.,

Class 150 Brick Work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (FM 1.50 to 2.00) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work & as per direction by E/I.

12mm thick plaster in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M. 1.50 - 1.75 ) mortar, single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth No extra for mixing any additive,

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and including necessary centering & shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

M..S. or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work.
