Name of Work:- A/R & M/O to various Roads under Division South Road - II, PWD, New Delhi during 2026-27. (SH:- Providing services of JCB, Dumper, Mobile Crane (Hydra) including repair of footpath during encroachment removal drive and removal of Malba under Sub Division - I, II, III & IV).

All kinds of soil.Hiring and operation of hydraulic excavator (3D)/JCB Machine for 8 Hours per day for dressing of katcha portion and removal of malba i/c loading, unloading of dismantled material in trucks or dumpers, levelling and dressing of ground etc. including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. i/c cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring and operation of dumper for 8 hours per day for removal of malba and building rubbish etc. generated from dressing of katcha portion and removal of malba including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. including cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Contractor will be responsible for all risk involved during demolition operation).

Hiring and operation of Mobile crane (Hydra) for 8 Hours per day for loading, unloading of dismantled material in trucks or dumpers, levelling and dressing of ground etc. including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. i/c cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Contractor will be responsible for all risk involved during demolition operation).

Providing services of beldar with necessary T&P and uniform (with night vision safety) for removing malba, cleaning drain, footpath, central verge and assisting mason and any other job assigned to him for 8 hour per day duties as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same at C & D Waste Management Site near Jahangir Puri Safai Karmchari Quarters at Burari Plant, including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Plant Management. The rates are inclusive of all operation, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D Waste plant. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of C & D waste Management plant will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts).
