| 1 | Material and labour for applying One coat of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.Note –Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application. |
| 2 | M&L for preparation of wall surface incl for One coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion i.e. Weathercoat Long Life 10 (of approved colour) with PU & silicon additives, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algai properties in two coats @1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat of HS Seal-o-prime with Berger Pro (or equivalent) spray 3.21 fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Material & Labour for Preparation old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved camouflage pattern and colour by user having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and preparation of newly plasterd surface and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over and including one coat of primer over newly plastered surfaces and 1mm thick acrylic based wall care putty complete all as specified. |
| 12 | M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with and incl water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M&L for two coat of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) |
