| 5 | M&L for 12mm thick tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, staples on aluminium powder coated snap grid in ceiling including aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work and hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of powder coated flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Taking down hood covers of gear operated rolling shutters of opening width exc 4.00 m and height exc 5.00 m, keeping shutter for repair, cleaning old grease, dust etc from gear box, vertical rod, bushes, bearings, springs and guide channels, complete lightening of shutter, strips and other parts, greasing/oiling of all moving components incl springs, minor welding works if required and replacement of worn out/unserviceability or rolling shutter for proper functioning. |

| 11 | M&L for removing of existing rubber beading/strip from aluminium window glass, fixing the same glass to existing window(2/3/4 track window size exc 1.50 sqm) with new PVC rubber beading/strip without any damage/crack to window glass and filling the window gaps with silicon sealant, required necessary fitting, replace bottom rollers,locking facility to each window pane,clean the are with vaccum cleaner,accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note :- No separate payment not made to contractor for removing,refixing and damage parts for this Job |
