Comprehensive Maintenance of 4 nos 25 HP, 2271 LPM Condenser Water Pump, 4 nos 10 HP, 2839 LPM Chiller Primary Water Pump, 2 nos Secondary Water Pump AND VFD .(2nos of 60HP), 4 nos. 312 TR cooling tower, 4 nos. 300 balls per ATCS, 1no. 1000l/hr vacuum degasser, 1 no. 1000 ltr expansion tank, HVAC Main panel, secondary VFD panel, hot water pump VFD panel and all AHU/CSU starter panel.

Comprehensive Maintenance of 65 nos of Air Handling Unit, 228 nos of FCU, 120 nos. axial fan unit, 69 nos. inline fan unit, 2 nos. air and dirt separator unit, 2 nos. hot water generator, 2 nos. hot water pump, 2nos. Air washer, 1 no. air scrubber, coloring of condenser pipeline.

Change of all the FCU filter, Pre and fine filter of AHU as per the OEM.factory assembled filter section containing Pre filter of MERV-10 & Fine filter of MERV-14washable synthetic type air filters having GI frame. Filter media and frame shall be rust proof and corrosion resistant.The filter shall haveminimum >95% efficiency with <1.0 microns & minimum >98% efficiency with <1.0 microns 0- as per ASHRAE-52.2-1999Arrestance.Filter bypass rating shall ensure F6 & F9 standard of EN 1886 European standard.Make-Spectrum/AAF
