| 3 | Supplying and laying of 2 mm thick static conductive homogenous vinyl flooring over well cleaned, levelled and dried concrete sub surface as per the manufacturer's specification. Copper strip should be laid crossways at the short ends and the mid joints, whereever required and the copper strips shall be connected to the nearby earthing point. The PVC rolls shall be allowed to acclimatise with the temperature of the area of installation for 24 hours atleast. Appropriate grade of rubber adhesives like Fevicol SR 998 or Aerobond 44 adhesive or equivalent should be used as per manufacturer's specification. The surface shall be pressed thoroughly with light floor roller for proper bonding with the floor. The floor finish should pass over a concealed cove as and when required. Continuous roll should be used and all the joints should be welded by heat fusion process to get seamless floor. The make and colour should match with the existing vinyl flooring as directed by Engineer in charge.. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern in true horizontal level suspended on already installed frame work/grids. The exisiting framework/grids shall be cleaned before installation of new false ceiling tiles.The work includes taking out the existing false ceiling tiles and stacking the same in the AIIMS campus as directed by the Engineer in charge. With GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. | 11 | Providing and fixing open storage units/ racks made of BWP ply & laminates all conforming to BIS of approved make and as per drawing & direction of Engineer -in-charge, as detailed below: (1) The width, height & depth of the racks will be around 2.40m X 2.10m ( with 0.10m skirting) X 0.45m having shelves of 0.20m spacing and as many boxes of size 0.60m X 0.40m to store medical items seamlessly. (2) All the members except the backing ply shall be of 19mm thick BWP IS 303 grade of approved brand like Century Sainik710/ Green Ecotec 710/ Austin Lincoln 710/ equivalent and both sides are pasted with 1mm thick high pressure laminated sheets of plain/wood grain in gloss/matt/seude finish of Century/Greenlam/Merino/Royal touch with superior quality adhesives all approved by the EIC. ( It is better that laminates may be machine pressed, if feasible) ( 3) The backing shall be of 12mm thick BWP of above standards with 1 mm thick laminates on the exposed/visible surfaces and balancing lamination of 0.8mm thick on the rear surfaces. This includes all materials, and operations to install the racks in the designated places all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made as per front elevation i.e. Length X Height) |
| 12 | Providing and fixing storage units with shutters made of BWP Ply/Block board & laminates all conforming to BIS of approved make and as per drawing & direction of Engineer -in-charge, as detailed below: (1) The width, height & depth of the racks will be around 1.20m X 0.75m X 0.45m having one adjustable mid shelve (19 mm BWP ply or 12 mm thick float glass) to store medical items seamlessly. (2) All the members except the backing ply shall be of 19mm thick BWP IS 303 grade and shutters of BWP Block boards of approved brand like Century Sainik710/ Green Ecotec 710/ Austin Lincoln 710/ equivalent and both sides are pasted with 1mm thick high pressure laminated sheets of plain/wood grain in gloss/matt/seude finish of Century/Greenlam/Merino/Royal touch with superior quality adhesives all approved by the EIC. (5) The overhead storage units shall also be fixed to the wall with appropriate screws and brackets where ever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and approved drawing.
