OD198290/2025-2026:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning a complete integrated FCMA/soft starter panel capable of operating the motor (100 HP CF pump set, 3 phase AC 415V, 50 Hz) having a protection level of IP 40 or more with integrated bypass contactor in the panel and digital motor protection relay of reputed make having parameters as per IE rules with a power control MCCB and line power contactor and the starting current shall be 2.5-3.5 times the normal full load current of motor with ammeter, voltmeter and phase indicator, space heaters, floor moulding type and having an inspiration level of 1100V (for 440 V supply) and 7.6KV for (3.3KV Supply) and 14.2 KV (for 6.6KV supply). The standard is to be I.E.C 60947-4-2

Providing suitable concrete foundation as per the direction of departmental officers. 2- Starter-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400/440 V suitable rating fully automatic DOL Starter with Thermal Over load relay as per IE rules.3-Panel board Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase 440 volts, 50 HZ. Supply system having consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity 4 pole MCB as incomer and fitted with 3 Nos of LED indicator lamps, 1 No. volt meter with selector switch, 1 No. Ammeter(Correct range) with selector switch and Controlling Circuit 2 AMPS C CLASS 1 POLE MCB s- 3 Nos etc of reputed make suitable for the above motor and conforming IS specifications.4- Cabling work - Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size Copper Cables and end termination lugs of required size and gauge suitable for above motor as per IE rules. 5-Capacitor-Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP 440 V,50 HZ Box capacitor above 0.99, The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834/1986.6- EARTHING -Earthing the motor, panel, starter, capacitor and as per the direction of departmental officers. 7-Suction and delivery pipe connections - Connecting the Vacuum pump pipe connections to the existing CF pump sets (2nos) using U P V C ball valves, pipes and specials.8-Vaccum Pressure Gauge -Supply and fixing of Reputed make Glycerin filled vacuum pressure gauge with Steel Ball type valve and all accessories suitable for the (vacuum pump set). 9 -Foundation -Constructing Foundation for pump set with M:20 mix NSBS of suitable size and reinforcement torsteel in mesh in all directions and fixing foundation bolt to suitable base of the pumpsets as directed by the department officers.
