Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Retro-reflectorisedc Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67-2012 made of high intensity sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle Iron post 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro-reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibillity, liner removed, adhesion, imopct resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition. It abroad Alermatively a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D-4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirments from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provislonally. In such a situation, the Employer/ client, if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee which be released afler receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67-2012. Legends, Letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7.
