Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in flooring etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified.

NOTES :-1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
