| 7 | Charpoy with Hard Top :Dismantle old unserviceable Plywood from Charpoy with hard top FD/MAP-II/01 supply and fix new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, type BB, ISI Marked of required size as per drawing fixed with suitable size nut and bolts with washer on both sides by drilling 2 Nos of hole in each long rail and 2 Nos of hole on each short rails and corners of plywood fixed on charpoy rounded off properly complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. |

| 12 | S&F mild steel flat iron strip of size 900mm x 30mmx5mm thick cut to required size and welded below ply wood top on long rails and painting woverall surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. (Note:- 2 Nos Mild Steel Flat Iron Strips shall be provided to 01 No charpoy GI pipe.) |
| 13 | Remove old unserviceable long rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe (Drawing No. FD-220) and supply and fix new long rail made out of 32mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade ISI marked including cutting, threading both ends and tightening etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. |
| 14 | Remove old unserviceable short rail from exiting frame of charpoy of GI pipe (Drawing No. FD-220) and fix of short rail made from old unserviceable retreived long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against item No. 13 here-in-before after cutting, threading both ends and tightening complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. (Note:- one old retrieved long rail shall be used for convering into two short rails.) |
| 15 | Remove old unserviceable leg from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe (Drawing No. FD-220) and fix leg made from old unserviceable retrieved short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against item No. 14 here-in-before including cutting and threading complete and provide hard wood blocks out of 35x35x40mm of first class hard wood to each leg of charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. (Note:- one old retrieved short rail shall be used for convering into one leg.) |
