| 5 | Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Filling in foundation trenches, plinths, sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling, watering and compacting / ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating, curing for __ days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Supplying and fixing of pre cast kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984. |
| 9 | Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade bade by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design & shape laid in required colur and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Enginer in charge. |
| 10 | Removal of excavated earth from work site by mechanical means up to 5 Km. Lead at approved dumping yard etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. |
