Suitable HP (IS:14220 ) open well submerssible 3phase electric driven motor pumpset working at 360 voltage capable of discharging 20000 lph agaist a head of 120 meter with bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft withsuitable ISI marked accessories such as starter(best quality ISI marked fully automatic electronic Star Delta ), main switch ,fuse, capacitor, ELCB, adequate length of bestquality suitable size flat submerssible cable, reflux valve,sluice valve, pressure gauge, earthing materialsconforming to IS 3043/2000 as amended to date, ammeter, volt meter, selector switch, flickering lamps, dry running preventer cum no voltage wire, conveying and erecting the motor pumpset and panel board and giving all connections, earthing etc. as per KSEB/EI rules and regulations. Conveying and fixing suitable GI /ASTM pipe medium pipe as suction and delivering pipes including connections with pumpset delivery to the common pumping main of suitable size using suitable T/Y connections etc. Trial runshould be given for 7 days. Any documentation required for proper electric connection shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost etc. complete as perdirection of site in charge of the work.

APPENDIX B-ANJUKUNNU WSS

Supply fixing of 75 HP (IS:14220) open well submersible 3 phase electric driven motor pump set operating at 360 V, with bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft capable of discharging 80000 lph against a head of 110 meter. After supplying the pump set, it shall be lowered into the well using the existing GI pipes and cables and installed properly. The pump set shall be connected to the existing pumping main using suitable T/Y connections. The work shall include testing, commissioning and satisfactory trial running of the pump set for a period of 7 days including all material, conveyance , consumables like nut and bolts, packing , welding if any , connection to the panel board,and labour charges etc complete

Providing and applying integral crystalline (dry shake) of hydrophilic in nature forwaterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like basement raft, foundationslab,sewage & water treatment plant slab, warehouses floor, parking structures andwater tank base slab etc. sprinkled @0.60kg per sqm or higher as recommended by themanufacturer's specification over the lean concrete of above cited structures. Thematerial shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. byreducingpermeability of concrete by more than 85%, compared control concrete as perDIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystallinedry shake shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. Thework shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of theEngineer-incharge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years againstany leakage.
