| 1 | Original survey, preparation & submission of profilesin 4 copies including excavation in any type of soil up to 3.00mtr. Of depth for trial pits 2 nos of such pits in 1km length & providing pre cast permanent concrete blocks / stones of 600mm X 300mm X 100mm on each deviation point on entire line with chain age painted on it.The work includes excavation of trial pit of 1 x 1 x 3mt in any type of soil for classification of the said pit. The rate is inclusive of back filling of the pits so excavated after classification of soil for foundation. |
| 2 | Check survey along with plotting of line route on mapwith coordinates including detailed survey, preparation of profile and revision in original route alignment, if any and as per instruction Engineer-in-charge. |

| 5 | Stub-setting including back filling but excluding excavation and concreting etc for all types of towers/extensions except special towers (Weight of stub, cleat and template with bolt and Nuts of stub and template shall be counted (3 Mtr rised Chimany) |
| 6 | Concreting of foundation by M25 mixture including shoring, shuttering,dewtering etc for normal tower/tower with extension . |
| 7 | Grounding of towers with pipe type earthing including excavation and back filling and supply of all materials like 32mm dia heavy duty 3mtr long G.I Pipe and 50 x 6mm GI flat,bolt -nuts, salt, coal/charcoal etc as per drawing |
| 8 | Erection of super structure upto 9 meter extension including tree cutting , fixing of tower accessories , attachments except ACD/DP/NP/CIP/PP and excluding tack welding of bolts. This includes taking delievery of tower materials and bolt nuts for normal , extension and special towers at destination and keeping them in safe custody and transporting the same to erection site |
| 9 | Stringing of OPGW including laying , jointing , tensioning , clamping with accessories as per CEA rules |
| 10 | Stringing of ACSR/AAAC 06 (Six) conductors for double circuit panther conductor including laying, jointing, tensioning, clamping with armour rods, hoisting of insulator stringing, fixing of jumpers, dampers etc on entire length for adequate clearances/safe charging of line |
| 11 | Fixing of Anti climbing devices including supply of barbed wire. |
| 12 | Fixing of DP/NP/PP/CIP including supply of plates and supply of GI bolts nuts. |
| 13 | Tack welding of nuts up to approx 10 mtrs height or two bottom most panel from ground level at three places on the nuts diametrically and applying zinc rich paint immediately after tack welding |
| 14 | Dismantling of conductors and line materials of existing line with 6 (six ) Panther conductors |
| 15 | Dismantling of OPGW with accessories. |
| 16 | Dismantling of any type of tower including transportation & crediting to nearest store |
| 17 | Cutting of stubs of old tower to be dismantled including breaking of chimney / cutting of RCC upto 450mm below ground level & crediting stubs & steel bars to store. |
| 18 | Providing random stone masonry with hard stone (Incl. quon blocks, jamb blocks, closer etc.) approved size in foundation and up to plinth for revetment work with 1:5 cement mortar including excavation in all sort of soil strata, back filling. |
