Primary work on Towers by removal of rust and cleaning:

Work of surface preparation of rusted tower by rubbing/scrapping by using wire brush and 80–120 grit emery paper to remove loose rust, removing the rust & cleaning of surface of towers and applying of one coat of Primer of approved make and quality. Total man days = 1280 (160 Towers X maximum 8 man-day per tower)

Application of first coat of Anti Rust first quality approved grade Aluminium Paint (Burger, Asian) on rusted towers.

A Type Towers (including extensions).

B Type Towers (including extensions).

C Type Towers (including extensions).

Application of second coat of Anti Rust first quality Burger approved grade Aluminium Paint (Burger, Asian) on rusted towers.

A Type Towers (including extensions).

B Type Towers (including extensions).

C Type Towers (including extensions).

Work of Repairing/Cleaning of foundation , Chimney of tower foundation upto 01 feet at desired location.

Note: 1. Only after completion and verification of work for one activity, next activity shall be started. For each activity photographs are to be enclosed under monitoring of PTCUL supervisor. 2. Guarantee Period of work shall be 05 years from the date of completion of work. 3. Maximum Man-day for complete work on one tower shall be 08 Man-days per Tower.
