A1 – Comprehensive O&M for street light point including routine + breakdown maintenance, patrolling, complaint handling, preventive maintenance, reporting; inclusive of minor spares as defined in RFP

A2 – O&M for Feeder Pillars, Control Panels, Timers, IoT device with shared API

B1 – Supply & installation of new GI Octagonal pole (9m) with arms complete (incl. foundation, wiring, erection) (1 Unit = 10 Poles)

B2 – Identify damaged luminaire; replacement with LED luminaire (120W) complete (1 Unit = 10 Poles). Spec: input 140–270V AC, THD < 10%, luminous efficiency > 120 lm/W, surge protection 5 kV, IP66; providing and fixing.

B3 – Replacement of driver / SPD / MCB / Contactor (rate per item)
