Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of the excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarsesand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Stone filling behind retaining walls complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
