| 1 | Providing, fixing, connecting, testing, and commissioning of a 5 kVA True Online Double Conversion UPS system of approved make (SOCOMEC/EATON/NUMERIC or equivalent), operating on a 180 V DC bus voltage, incorporating IGBT-based PWM technology, pure sine wave output, single-phase input and output, static bypass switch, LCD display for monitoring operating parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and battery status, complete with inbuilt isolation transformer(s), wherever required. The UPS shall be supplied complete with a battery bank consisting of 16 Nos. 12 V, 65 Ah SMF (Sealed Maintenance-Free) VRLA batteries of approved make (Exide/Amaron/Quanta or equivalent), mounted on a heavy-duty powder-coated MS (Mild Steel) battery rack/cabinet suitably designed to accommodate 16 Nos. 65 Ah batteries with adequate ventilation and structural stability. The work shall include supply and fixing of all necessary DC cables and interconnecting links for battery connections, battery-to-UPS cabling, UPS input and output power cabling using flexible copper conductors of adequate current-carrying capacity, DC breakers/fuses, cable lugs, cable trays/conduits, and earthing arrangements complete as per relevant IS standards. The scope shall further include positioning, leveling, installation, and hardwiring of the UPS system and battery bank, carrying out complete testing and commissioning, full-load performance testing, and verification of a minimum 3-hour backup at 75% load, complete in all respects and handed over in satisfactory working condition along with the manufacturer's warranty certificate, as required and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
