| 1 | Annual Operation, repair & maintenance of WSS Mandi town from Intake structure at Riyagri to WTPs (4 Nos. i.e. Kangnidhar -I (6.35 MLD) & Kangnidhar-II (5.86 MLD), Dhangsidhar (2.32 MLD) & Motipur (0.79 MLD) and entire distribution system upto consumer end. The scope of work shall also include the followings:-1) Generation/treatment & supplying of potable water having water quality conforming to IS-10500 : 2012 to all consumers of Mandi town except Ward No 14 (Behna) & 15 (Dhoundhi) alongwith the systematic testing of water samples at necessary treatment stages, while maintaining accurate records of both water quantity and quality.2) Operation, Repair & Maintenance of all Raw water gravity Mains , Sector Gravity Mains, Distribution System, Scour Pipes & Fire Fighting Pipe Lines. Fire hydrants & including cost of addressing and rectifying leaks in pipeline systems. i/c cost of all fittings etc.3) Operation, Repair & Maintenance of all civil structures i.e. Intake System(trench wier, De-gravelling Chamber, Desilting tank), WTPs, Sector Storage Tanks, Pump Houses ,Steel Truss Bridges and Suspension Bridges . Ensuring Water Treatment of Raw water having high turbidity during monsoon by applying required chemicals (such as lime and alum and PAC poly aluminium chloride) alongwith the associated costs of these chemicals. 4) Operation, Repair & Maintenance of all appurtanances such as Sluice Valves, NRVs, scour valves and all equipment related to automation System 5) Operation, Repair & Maintenance of all Pumping Machinery including cost of oil and greasing repairs, replacement of worn out/damaged parts. and repair/maintenance of burnt motors i/c record keeping. The contractor shall also ensure uninterrupted operation of Pump House at Tarna (New) on round-the-clock basis (24×7) in three shifts throughout the contract period by deploying adequate manpower and maintaining all records required by the Department.6) Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Gaseous chlorination system including the expenses associated with refilling of chlorine gas cylinders i/c record keeping.7) All the premises andcivil structures shall be maintained neat and clean free from all unwanted vegetation, shrubs, weeds. Proper arboriculture work shall be done at all WTPs and pump houses. 8) The expenses associated with acquiring suitable tools, equipment, skilled and unskilled labor, spare parts, lubricants, chemicals, instruments, equipment, stationery, and any other necessary materials for operation and maintenance, excluding energy costs, must be considered & Maintaining Complaint Cell 24x7 with required number of expert complaint attendent. All operations will adhere to the latest CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment, HP PWD/IPH specifications, departmental standards and directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practice. | 3 | Hiring of one Bolero Top Model Jeep (or equivalent) for inspection of Water Supply Scheme components, monitoring of water supply operations, attending public complaints, emergency breakdowns, and supervision of O&M works in WSS Mandi Town or other schemes as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Fixed charges per month for 1500 Kms, including driver, fuel, lubricants, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and all incidental charges complete as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
