Supply of New Central Shaft of 810 mm diameter × 8 mm thickness fabricated from Mild Steel (MS) Plate, with MS cladding at mud seal portion (mud seal pad of MS – 3 Nos.), complete with feed packet and sliding rod assembly, and mud seal ring suitable for 32 feet × 4 compartment Cane Juice Clarifier.

Supply of new Mild Steel (MS) Mud Seal Housing suitable for 32 feet × 4 compartment Cane Juice Clarifier.(1 Set of mud seal rubber included for the centre shaft)

SCOPE OF WORK FOR:a. Dismantling of old central shaft (810 mm dia.), drive assembly, arms, mud seal housing, and mud seal ring of Dorr Clarifier – 32 ft dia. × 4 compartments.b. Erection of new central shaft with mud seal housing and mud seal ring.c. Fitting of drive assembly and arms with mud seal rubber.d. Commissioning and alignment of the central shaft.e. Testing and trial operation.

Rotary Vacuum Filter Drum (10 ft × 20 ft) Repair and replacement of Stainless Steel (SS) Screen for Rotary Vacuum Filter Drum – Dorr Type.Scope of Work:a. Dismantling of old screens, SS binding strips, SS screws, brass zig‑zag locking strips, and damaged divisional strips.b. Cleaning of drum, decking, and internal coil.c. Hydraulic testing of internal coil; repair and welding as required.d. Installation of new SS divisional strips with SS rivets, SS screen with brass zig‑zag locking strips, SS binding strips with SS screws, and lead cladding.e. Alignment of motor and gear.f. Testing and trial operation.

Rotary Vacuum Filter Drum (12 ft × 24 ft) Repair and replacement of Stainless Steel (SS) Screen for Rotary Vacuum Filter Drum – Dorr Type.Scope of Work:a.
