Providing and Applying TPO membrane of 1.2mm thick Fleece back with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO above 300mm / over the Parapet wall from floor level with adhesive and termination aluminium strip and fix it by screw at 300mm c/c and sealed with PU Sealants on top having Elongation of > 700%, Tearing Strength of 700-800 N, tensile strength of > 9 Mpa, including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease, and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and completely as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.Make: Berger - HS-TPO Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
