| 2 | Carefully restoration of collapsed/missing masonry at designated locations mentioned below within the fort complex, including sorting and stacking useful materials, and replacing the same with newly dressed limestone of matching physical properties, colour, texture, and dimensions. The stones shall be laid in specified lime mortar (1:1:1), including curing, raking out joints, cleaning, and finishing to match the original heritage work. The rate shall include all labour, tools, plants, scaffolding, lead and lift, and disposal of unserviceable debris up to a lead distance of 4.0 km via manual conveyance, complete as per the drawings, specifications, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Carefully dismantling the decayed or damaged limestone flooring at designated locations within the fort complex, including sorting and stacking useful materials, without damaging the original heritage work. The rate will include all labor, tools, plants, lead and lift, and disposal of unserviceable debris up to a lead distance of 4.0 km via manual conveyance, complete as per the, specifications, and instructions of Engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying lime concrete in the base of flooring, using a design mix ratio of 1:2:4 (1-part lime: 2 parts coarse sand: 4 parts graded brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size). The scope of work includes machine mixing, laying in uniform layers, compaction, consolidation to the required slope and level, and controlled curing for a minimum specified period. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials, lead and lift (conveyance), specialized labor, tools, plant, scaffolding, and incidental charges necessary to complete the work as per engineering specifications |
| 5 | Providing Lime stone flooring at designated locations mentioned below within the fort complex, with lime stone of matching physical properties, colour as per original. The stone shall be laid in specified lime mortar (1Lime: 1 Sand: 1 Surkhi) including, raking out joints, cleaning and finishing to match the original heritage work.
